Should I test again

I'm just a poll for curiosity...so my temps are still up my lutuel phase is something like 15-16 days...I ovulated on cd 15...I'm 14 dpo...I took a urine test at about 2:45 the previous void was about 12:45...from people experience do you think my negative could have been from not holding pee long enough (it's hard because I pee like every 2 hours!)...I was pregnant in march and I tested on 16 dpo(the day I expected AF) and it was positive without holding urine...in wondering what you all think
