I may not be much help but I wanted to post at least what I have read and possibly what I have experienced. At 8dpo I had a sharp pulling like pain on my left side. It lasted about 10 minutes and right after my bbs started to hurt. But they didn't hurt long. And nothing since. I have read online (which I don't reccomend lol) that it often feels like a pinching pain, or "stiching" pain or like AF cramps. So I can only tell you what I THINK mine was - still waiting to see.
