bad cramps at 9DPO???

I am having cramps on my right side in front, they feel like mild period cramps and i am not feeling very good.

my period is six days away so i dunno if it could be just future cramps or if its implantation cramps and if it is impl. cramps what are they supposed to feel like?

im getting very mild cramping in my back not as often but sometimes. I lay down for a bit and they go away and then i get up to do housework and they come back.
i just wanna know if anyone else has gone through this before at this time.
im seriously beat down today, like ive been in bed all frickin day. are implantation cramps supposed to last this long? they've been going on since yesterday at 8DPO?
