Anyone waiting for AF in the next few days...

... and needing to share symptoms, worries, questions etc.

I've been ttc for 3 years. I have 2 children already, eldest is 7.

I stopped charting and temping for a while but this month decided for some reason that this was going to be "the month".

Anyway, I'm on either CD 14 (FF) or CD 10 (CDTP) depending on what you believe. Most people I've asked say FF is more reliable.

My temps are still high but so far BFNS (this morning and yesterday) and I don't feel pregnant at all. No symptoms of AF or pregnancy... apart from sore boobs last night but that's gone.

I'm feeling pretty down/nuts/anxious all at the same time - mostly despondent as the BFNs make me think if I was pregnant I should have got a BFP by now.

Anyone else want to share?
x

Ya - I hate when I start being all 'beachy' to him cause he can't/won't put out. I think it is just because I need to feel that we have a chance - that we gave it our best shot. I need that hope right now.

I had hubby go over the sperm meets egg plan this month. So he came up with a 'doing it' schedule. Which puts him in the drivers seat and takes some of the pressure off of both of us. Seeing as I feel like I am thinking about it 24-7.

Shelob - maybe tomorrow will still be worth a shot. I feel your pain

my philosophy is it's okay for him to not be in the mood, but it's also okay if I try to get him in the mood.... :-)

Well, I did manage to get him in the mood yesterday :) We are doing every second day at the moment as I know I am about to ovulate, but don't know exactly when (oh how I wish I had regular cycles!!!) If we do 2 days in a row then we need a couple of days break so it is not worth trying! The sperm will be fine for a couple of days, just have to keep up a regular supply :)

shelob - if you're doing it every other day then there's more than a pretty good chance of catching the egg - fingers crossed.

and fingers crossed for you too asuperfreak.

as for me, very confused. I had a temp drop by 0.3 yesterday and EWCM which I have heard can be because of the secondary oestrogen surge. I have had lots of cycles where I've had a dip on 3/4 dpo - but never had the EWCM as well.

Sure enough, my temp is back up today but still having lots of EWCM.

I did an OPK yesterday and today just in case but they were both negative - and today's line is fainter than yesterday's.

I just wish I knew what was going on - I am taking CD9 as the day I ovulated so why am I getting EWCM now?

I really do believe my hormones are all out of whack. It would be good to know for sure but doctors here don't go in for testing all that unless you're seeing a fertility specialist.

I would bd again just incase the egg didn't make it out of the gate. Your body might have higher temps for another reason - especially because that was an early 'O' for you.

I agree, BD just in case. Better to averdo it than miss an opportunity I think!

I am still having lots of ovulation cramping. Last night was pretty bad. Both ovaries felt bruised! They were twinging on and off all evening. Sharp painful ones. I had one cycle previously where I had lots of ovulation cramping before O and that cycle I had amazing progesterone levels afterward so I am taking it as a good sign. I really hop I ovulate today though. Need my abdomen to stop hurting and also keeping up the BDing is hard work!

Finally got a nice strong positive OPK - hope that is a good sign :-)

Shelob did you ovulate yet?

Hi, Girls. Sorry for the intervenience but I needed a place to share my emotions that have been troubeling me lately. I`m 13dpo an I had 2 of the most strange pregnency tests ever! I`m Bulgarian and I did an early diagnostics test Presto yesterday and today- on the two occasions I think I saw a second very light pinkish line- the first one I saw 30min after taking the test ( because I had something urgent to do in the meantime. The second I saw 10 minutes after taking the test... It has been a long time TTC and I feel so exhausted now...
So, have you ever seen some pregnency tests like that before? Thank you and sorry for the long and depressing posting.
Baby dust to you all!

@Snowflake
Sorry - I looked at your image and I don't see any line. I have never had a hpt have disappearing lines. Not familiar with that brand.

Yay asuperfreak - fingers crossed for this cycle.

If I ovulated when I think I did I am 6 dpo today but both CDTP and FF say they can't detect ovulation at all because my temp didn't shift high enough.

I have never had an anovulatory cycle so if this would be a first!

On another note, the EWCM stopped yesterday... so who knows what on earth is going on.

Snowflake - I have had experiences with faint positives after the testing time is up - and none of them turned out to be true positives - really sorry to say that, I know how difficult it is.

That's not to say yours aren't positive, and the fact the lines are pink and not grey is good in that grey lines tend to be evaps - so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you - but I would suggest waiting a couple of days if you can stand it and then try again with an hpt. Lots of baby dust to you xx
