Emmyflower, I'm soo sorry to hear that :-( I'm was getting so excited reading about your early surprise-perfectedly-timed-ovulation and now this :-( That SUCKS!!!! How are things evolving? Does your husband feel a bit better already? What about you and your little girl? And what about the weekend? I'm praying things will work out after all!!!

Nikolina, you're already in your TWW!!! :-) And seems like you got it covered :-) Don't worry about the shorter period of EWCM, I never have more than a couple of days. How are you feeling?

Missytwoshoes, thank you for explaining! I honestly never heard of that, I didn't know something like that existed :-p Hope your O is on the way!!! Seems like you are getting close!!!

Jada, how are you doing, hun? Any idea when AF is supposed to arrive?

AFM, the last 2 days I'm having some beige/pink/dark yellow/orange/skin colored CM, and on other times of the day its still clear watery discharge, as before. I don't know what to think of it, and I'm a bit scared it will turn into something worse (like in February). I thought about calling my Dr but I know she cannot do more than telling me what she said last time. Since I'm still in Poland I can't go in for blood works or scans or anything, so I guess I'll just try not to worry about it. There's nothing I can do anyway :-s So waiting and hoping that history will not repeat...

Alice hun, i hope everything is ok. I know that lil thinks like that would be worrying, but its v normal to be spotting in pregnancy. How you feeling otherwise? Hitting morning sickness yet? When is your next appointment? Hoping i can join you v v soon :) Im 1dpo today, i ovulated on cd16, one day later than other two months, but hope that wont affect my chances :) Been so busy last two days at work that coulnd check in with you ladies. Today had super wierd heavy feeling in uterus, like uti...v early for any symptoms, maybe after o pains or something :)

Well as today i started eating pineapple core, gona eat every day untill 5dpo. I read that it can help implantation. Did any of yea heard of that? Well at this point im just trying everything and enything!!!! Pineaplecant hurt right lol:)

Just queation about bbt...are yea using any special thermometer? Or any digital can do?? My temp spiked after o only by 1 degrees...hmmm is that ok? So confused, maybe im using wrong thermometer?

Emmy, was OPK pos today for you?? so sorry to hear hubby is sick! will he not bd when sick? I've made my hubs suck it up and bd before as to not miss my chances lol, it never worked that month but you never know. :) I hope you're able to get a few "sessions" in regardless during your hotel stay!

Alice, so sorry to hear about the spotting. Was it just once or a few times? I will cross my fingers that it stops!!

Nikolina, OPK still not positive, has been the same the last 3 days. Yes fertile week started today and so did ew cm, so hopefully it's soon! :) You have to use a Basal Body Thermometer. So a normal thermometer would say 98.6 degrees, where as a BBT would say 98.68 degrees, and is more accurate. Also, if you're a mouth breather, taking your temp vaginally would also be more accurate.

So I had about 2 days of W CM, and today I started just barely having EW CM, and we are starting BD'ing tonight. OPK is not positive yet, but never hurts to start early right? since it says sperm can live up to 5 days just waiting for the egg. :) I've also been really crampy.... so hopefully it will be soon!

Thank you so much for explaining about thermometers. Well i guess i have the normal one lol... im charting in celsius, so yesterday was 36.3 and today 36.6. Next cycle i will get more accurate one...but hoping that i wont needed lol :) Are you charting temp aswell?

Ewcm v good sign, good environment for lil swimmers, so they can live there and wait for egg to arrive... i think its always the best to have bd before o as much as can, that relay increases chances... :)

Fx that opk will tourn positive v v soon and you join me in crazy tww!!!

Nikolina, Missytwoshoes is right that a BBThermometer is more accurate. Personally I've never used one, not any particular reason, I just had a normal one and used that one :-p It's indeed not weird that your temp doesn't go straight to its peak after O. I've put my last chart on my page, so you can see how slowly mine rose after O. Sounds like your temps are completely normal!
I don't know about the pains, they could be O pains (I've had that too before, O pains for several days). Or maybe it's something else :-) Good luck with the pineapple-cores!!! I hope April will be your month!!!!

Missytwoshoes, so excited that your O is that close!!! Certainly a good idea to start BD'ing :-) Hope you'll be in TWW soon and that a BFP will show up at the end of it!!!!

Alice - luckily so far little girly and I are well. Hubby is all better now :)
Sorry you have been having the spotting but sounds normal to me. When I miscarried in 2011 I had dark brown spotting for a long long time. You sound completely normal. Pregnant with my daughter I definitely had light spotting at the start. Definitely ring the doctors just for your peace of mind though :)

Nikolina - so glad you are in your 2ww!!! :) yay!

I did temp for one cycle before my little girl but didn't stick to it lol. I just used opks.

AFM - well.... Yay hubby got better and last night we went to the hotel. It was lovely & got to BD ;)
Also yesterday I got my smiley postive on opk and also today on opk so I'm definitely ovulating today or tomorrow latest!
And.... It corallates with my spot theory hahaha!!!
I will be cycle day 15 tomorrow :)
Hopefully can get another BD session in tonight! Eeek I'm finally joining you all in tww :)

Missy, hi, I say practice and bd as you feel and I'm hoping his soldiers do what they are to do and are ready for your egg!!

AFM, today is cd27....so AF is due any day now...last couple of months my cycles have been 29 days, so we shall see. Aside from feeling hot most of the time nothing else to report in terms of symptoms. Really trying not to overthink it..ha! Easier said than done! I'm off until Friday Whooo hoooo!!

Nikolina, you're welcome. :) Yes, I've been charting on and off since 2011 whenever TTC. I still learn new things often about it but it's been very helpful to me.

Emmy, yes I got a positive opk today! So glad he got a little better so you could BD!! yay!

Jada, glad period hasn't showed yet, still have my fingers crossed for you!

AFM, my ew cm stopped today :( but I've been super crampy and got a positive OPK today! I BD'd this morning, and might again tonight, think it's too much? they say not to BD too much so I'm not sure if it would do more harm than good instead of just waiting till tomorrow night. Thoughts?? Was thinking it would be too much time elapsed between this morning and tomorrow night.... maybe I'm just over thinking it. :p

Jada, you're so close to the end of TWW, I'm really praying for you!!!! I understand what you mean, not overthinking it is a good plan in theory, but in practice it usually fails :-)

Nikolina, how is your TWW going? Are you feeling okay?

Missytwoshoes, yay for positive opk!!! So nice that you, Emmy and Nikolina have O'd so close to each other!!! Concerning your question, I have no idea, but I think it can't harm to BD that much... Although once every 24 hour might also be okay... I don't think there is a 'right strategy', I would suggest to go with your guts :-) So if you feel like it, go for it ;-)

AFM, still the same. Thank you for the reassurance, Emmy!!! Since it hasn't got worse either, I'm starting to think it might indeed be normal. I really hope so!!! Anyway, I'm going to see my Dr today, just to get some peace of mind. I wish that I could just have faith, but at the same time I want to protect myself from being super heartbroken. It's not always easy to find a healthy balance.
