Thank you girls! My friend is an OB and she bets that it's not a good follicle and is a persistent cyst. We are still trying to decide. Going to my BFFs tonight and hopefully we can get some stuff figured out!

@xoxo we started TTC in fall of 2012. It took 3, 6, and 4 cycles to naturally conceive each of our pregnancies that we lost. In July I was diagnosed with MTHFR and put on the appropriate treatment stuff and started trying again. We agreed to give it six months on our own before going back in to "stir the pot." After six months we were not pregnant and went in to our RE who wanted to do IUI. so this time we tried a total of 7 months with no success before starting the iui cycles last month. So we didn't have to do IUI but it seemed reasonable at the same time...

@kethreyes- they can't tell the different on the ultrasound. But when I had my baseline ultrasound I had a cyst size 17 on my ovary. Today I have something size 27 on that same ovary so there's a decent chance that it is that same cyst and not a follicle.... But it could have an egg in it/ they can't tell. But it also appears that 27 is viewed by some as too big anyway even if it were a follicle. Not impossible to fertilize but perhaps not as likely.

I would go for it. Last cycle you had like 5 or so right? You did not get pregnant, so I would go with the three great follicles, and pray that one of them will be the lucky one.

@texasgirl- yes last cycle we had SIX and cancelled the cycle.

so I did 5000 HCG shot last night and today I can definitely feel pressure in my lower abdomen - nothing crazy but definitely feel some pain/discomfort

While - did you decide what you want to do? Are you doing IUI?

Today at 12 midnight i will have the hcg trigger. The iui will be on Monday. I am full of follicles and the doctor is very happy with this. She doesnt worry for multiples. Basia and l.shrader did you get weight? Just curious,!
