Thanks While- I have to go back next week for another ultrasound since he doesn't think this is a viable pregnancy. But since I'm also high risk they follow me for some time (I can't remember how long) and then I will be able to see an OB in my area. I'm guessing they will monitor me at least through my first trimester (fingers crossed I make it!)

Ladies-those shots sound horrible! I pray you all get your BFP's soon and hopefully twins!

@essemkay-Wow, well happy to hear that two of them were successful! this is my first. Praying for a success. Hoping you get your miracle the good old fashion way. Well they did blood work for me yesterday and i was only 3 days into my stims and my estrodoil was at 110. Now i have no clue what it means, but they said to keep my doeses the same. Menopour 150 and Gonal-F 300. Hoping to know more tomorrow!

@TTC-Even with such high numbers your doctors thinks the pregnancy is not viable?

Lschrader- sorry, that was confusing. He said that before we got the HCG results. The nurse called me with my HCG result so I didn't talk to him after but I kinda wish I specifically asked her that! I'm thinking a lot more positively now knowing my HCG is higher than I expected if it's not viable but I'm still trying not to get my hopes up too much just in case.

Hi there!

Anyone experiencing lower back pain? I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and today I've had some painful lower back pain. Hoping it's ok and nothing to worry about.

So they are decreasing my FSH injections again from 175 to 150 (I started with 225). My E2 jump again and was at 1305 this morning. Other than that everything looks good

LSchrader- I also felt nothing from my injections. I went on a 10K run on the Sunday night and a super fast 5K on the Tuesday night then went in for the retrieval the Wednesday morning. The only thing I noticed in the whole 12 days before retrieval was I had to hold my lower stomach going down hill running to support my ovaries a bit. Otherwise there was no indication at all. Well except for all the little dots on my tummy????.
After retrieval was another story for me. 8 days on and I sm super bloated. I am drinking about 2L of Gatorade per day and being a water only girl that stuff is sickening.
Anyway luckily I am peeing lots, eating normal and no diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting. So I guess what I have would be termed 'mild OHSS. That said I have not been back to work yet and have only left the house a couple of times. Yesterday I did move around more. Also as of last night my normally flat stomach ballooned out so that it is in front of my decent sized C-cup boobs. It looks and feels horrible.

Yesterday my bloods showed I still have very high E2 so I am still at risk.

Also took HPTs yesterday and today DPO7&8. Both positive and today's is stronger but I swapped brands. Taking it each day to work out if it is the trigger still in my system or pregnancy. My blastocyst was hatching during the transfer so implantation would have been within the first day.

@Gemma-Thank you so much for your post! That makes me feel better, but I am sure sorry you are having a hard time post retrieval! I sure hope you are feeling better soon. I am hoping that your trigger is out and that is a true BFP!!! How exciting! How many eggs did you get at retrieval and how many did you transfer?

At this point, i have 27 follicles and i am praying we get them all to mature! That sounds crazy but we want all that we can get!

Hey ladies! Yuck on all those injections! I am thankful that I should only need my trigger.

I'm just waiting. Friday is the big day. It's hard to not let myself get my hopes up. I have been pretty good but now i"m thinking what if we have two follicles and getting excited. BOO. I need to remember this is a marathon, not a sprint, and this is just the next step in our journey!

I feel like the wait to see how many follicles there are is a long wait.

Anyone else ever stop and think... weird that I'm having to do all this! ?

~K
