First test at 2-3 minutes and the second around 10. Evap?

My pe rniod is late by nearly a week and I was advised to take a pregnancy test so I did I did two of them and the results are both the say theirs two clear line going up and a faint like going across one the lines in both of the test im a little unclear on what it reads as its my first test
