OPK

I'm 9dpo today (well I think I am). I had a positive opk on 17th July which was voted positive on here too and now I've got an even stronger positive opk plus I got a smiley face on a clearblue ov digital test. What could be going on?

I am on CD18. Do you think this is positive?
I have another two opk's taken on CD13/CD14 on here which one was voted positive and the other negative.
I also took a CB Digital OPK which came up negative today. I'm so confused and not sure what is going on :(
