Without flash...between 4-7dpo, is this normal, shouldn't it be way lighter by now????

How did you confirm ovulation? Opks only show a surge and that may not lead to ovulation. This looks like you are gearing up to ovulate your previous surge wasn't successful. Without temping or being medically monitored everything is an educated guess other wise.
