Took this less than 30 mins ! How often should we bd?! I’m so excited I haven’t noticed ovulation at all after having nexplonon and no cervical mucus at all thru my cycle

I'm an OB nurse. We recommend every other day during the fertile period. The purpose of every other day is so that the sperm have time to regenerate and your egg is being exposed to strong, high-quality sperm that have the strength to push its way thru the eggs tough outer wall.
