I thought it was too early to test however I decided to after 2 days of nausea, and 6 of extreme fatigue, cramping, lower backaches, headaches, twinging and vivid dreams. Does this look positive? Should I retest or call my dr? I hope this is what I've been praying for:)

Updateturned out to be a chemical pregnancy:(
