I’m having uti like symptoms. I took an AZO to help with the symptoms and I went to use the restroom and I see this. Does anyone know what this could be?

Today is the 16th day of my cycle. I think I may be 4dpo or 5dpo not sure. I’ve had blood clots before but I’ve never seen anything like this..
