I temp as well. I ovulated the day I had a peak reading.

I think it does mean you will ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. My fertility specialist told me to start trying as soon as you see the positive because an egg can be "approachable" for 48 hours and sperm can live "inside" for 72 hours. Good luck :).

A positive opks in the morning can indicate that you can ovulate anytime between today a the next 48 hours.

Ovulation should happen in the next 24hrs hours from the 9am test x
