I have mirena IUD for a year now, didn't receive a period the whole time until last week, took a test then it was negative. Went to the doctor she couldn't find the strings at first then said they were in my cervix. And now 4 days later I take a test and see this? I've been so sick lately.. help!

Update*NEG* took 2 different brands next morning both negative
