Should I be concerned?? Too is 13 DPO, digital is 13 DPO evening and bottom is this morning at 14 DPO. It looks lighter and that’s scaring me to death! Please give insight or advice

UpdateStarted bleeding today, digital still says pregnant. Going to doctor for labs
