This pg test is from SUNDAY and me being 5days late. TODAY I am 7 days late and still no af. I have not retested since.. I don’t think I’m pregnant because yesterday I spotted for a little bit. Any ideas to help af come on and actually start at this point? ADVICE/HELP, please and ty

I would test again--perhaps you had a late cycle and the spotting is IB?

You may want to learn about symptothermal methods of cycle tracking which help estimate ovulation and can tell you with more accuracy when to expect your period, even for the occasional abnormal cycle.

It sounds like you are doing calendar-based period tracking, which doesn’t account for normal variations in the length of the follicular phase. When your period comes is based on when you ovulate, so if you ovulate later than usual (due to stress or illness) your period will be “late.”
