Af is 5 days late today. I usually get my periods at days 27/28 and I’m on day 31 now. This is so frustrating. I’m not even trying to get pregnant anymore because I gave up last year after trying for 2 years. I’m 37yo… am I just going through menopause at this point?

I'd definitely call your doctor and get some blood tests done for AMH/FSH. I'm 36 and going into perimenopause and feel like my chances to have a family are dropping fast.
