if you guys use the bathroom in the middle of the night, do you still consider your first AM bathroom trip your fmu?

I always have to get up and so that is why my fmu is never good! But yes, I’m liking the jack handy questions!

I always use my 2nd wee that i'v held after waking up as I get up 2-3 times a night to wee due to having Crohn's , I find it better then my fmu
