LH can rise before AF ….. and also, LH is molecularly similar to HCG, which can cause it to be positive if you are indeed pregnant. But the threshold for LH tests (mUI) is 25, which is much higher and less sensitive than an early results pregnancy test. I hope that helps!! Good luck!
