The absolute earliest an egg can implant is 6 dpo and that is rare. Even then it takes a few days for the body to have enough hcg to show up on a test.

It takes a week+ for the egg to leave the ovaries and arrive in the womb, then another few days for the egg to implant and start producing hcg. Most women implant around 9 dpo. This is very important to the development of a baby. Wait at least 5 days more.
