So I took the top one when I got home , and then the second 10 mins after (different urine) is this positive? Or a defective test?

or even afternoon urine! i’ve had better luck with that, myself. :) good luck!!

Your pee was diluted the second time. Retake another test in the morning with first morning urine and you will get a sure positive.
