Positive test on thanksgiving (nov. 26) at 9 dpo now this today. The nurse said over the phone that this can be normal but after having a miscarriage a few years ago I’m terribly nervous.

That definitely doesn't look like anything you need to be concerned about. Literally could just be your cervix closing up.
