I took tests 11 weeks ago & they were super faint. spotting on 1/28-30. We’ve been quarantined since 3/16! I was hoping to get an appt when the line darkened & it never did on the other test. Just 25 faint positives or Evap lines. I’m feeling movement on both sides simultaneously. Hook effect?

Congratulations love !! Any update ? I’m currently in the same boat , I had very light spotting the last 2 months I was supposed to get my period . I’ve been taking tests for the past 2 months but they been coming up faint positives.

Hi everyone! Mamafriend I had just gotten off the phone with OBs office and was given the due date. I believe this is the hook effect. Going on for first prenatal on Friday and I’m so excited. Don’t ever give up hope.

After knowing some more info I would agree that it's probably the hook effect. I've heard people say adding some water to your sample with produce a darker line.

I'm in the same boat right now. Very very faint positives. My last period was january 16th however every pregnancy test I took was negative until march 25th. Now they are very very very faint. So I dont know, I have pcos so im writing off my periods being irregular due to that.

Tried a Walmart cheapie. Faint positive. Frer at 3 weeks and it was a faint positive.

So how many tests did you take? The line never got any darker? Did you try a different brand?
