How, I had what I think was two periods.

So I had a period on 11/16/17 and I tested everyday till 12/14/17 and everything was negative took a test on 12/21/17 a BFP appeared. The thing is on 11/30/17 I had more bleeding or implantation bleeding. It was 7 days long and brown not heavy. So I did blood work on Friday 12/29/2017 but it was only 162 so of course the doctors are worried and so am I. I have had a miscarriage before so I'm trying not to get over excited. I go back for blood work on 1/2/18 so hopefully it will double. What do you guys think? Did I ovulate around 11/30?
