I done a few different t st all BFP very bad cramps

I don't like 5 different brand test all positive but I'm having lot of cramps pretty strong ones if I'm pregnant I'm 4 weeks is this a bad sign there really bad cramps my period suppose to come tomorrow

It could be fine and your uterus is stretching, it could be you had a chemical pregnancy and you will start your period, the best thing to do I think is to call your doctor and see what they think you should do. Best of luck!
