Purple lady-bits (tmi warning) early pregnancy sign?

Today I noticed that my labia and whatever else I can see down there,including bit of inside are purple. Like dark purple plum color
Can it happen before period or is it typical for pregnancy.
Am 13dpo and had bfn yesterday but my lower abs and my nipples are way more sore than usually.
