Nuvaring removed early and inserted late

I am on the nuvaring. It expelled out without my notice going on week 3. Then I got my period. I inserted a new ring 15 days from the time the previous ring was removed. I spotted two days later with only brown blood on my ring (noticed in the shower and lasted less than a day). Is the spotting implantation bleeding or ovulation bleeding? Is it possible that I am pregnant? Did it mess up my menstrual cycle and my ovulation days? Thank!
