Frozen embryo transfer with an 0.25mg ovritell shot

Hi has anyone has an ovritel/HCG shot straight after a frozen embryo transfer and if so when can I start testing for real lol as had it on 28th August and I'm now 5dpt. Any help would be appreciated thanks
