Coming off the pill

Hi all
Me and my partner decided to come off the pill on Monday the 3rd January, I haven’t had a withdrawal bleed yet but we have been having sex a lot ?? I’ve had serious cramping for about a week and for the past 3 days I’ve had very sore nipples which are also sensitive if I take my bra off ect. I keep thinking AF is coming but nothing, I’ve tested twice and both negative. Has anyone else had this before and do we have to have a withdrawal bleed when coming off the pill?
