8/9 dpo symptoms. Odd sensation?

I am 8 or 9 dpo not 100% sure which. I have had this weird tingling sensation in my uterus almost like butterflies. Mixed with sharp pain but not terrible pains on either side of my pelvis and random sharp pain in my cervix. I feel like I am going crazy. I don’t have a UTI. I went as far as getting checked for that. Anyone else have this going on?
