First Time trying

This is mine and my husbands first time ttc, and I recently came off of the Mirena IUD. Right when I came off of Mirena I ovulated a day or two later. We had already done the baby dance a couple times as well. Now I have been feeling “off” with a sore chest, cramping, and a lot of heartburn. I am not sure if it could just be a side affect of coming off Mirena or if maybe I am pregnant already. Took a hpt but it was still very early and it was negative. Going to wait till Friday when af is supposed to come. Any suggestions or experiences of ttc after Mirena would be appreciated!
