BFP 10DPO first cycle TTC off BC

I am 35 years old. I went off the pill on 10th July and had my normal 4 day AF. We started trying Sunday 13th July. I was taking primrose oil and MN& multi vit with folic as well as omega 3.
We BD every 2 days or so and I lay with my legs in the air for at least 10 mins.

I POAS from 3 DPO with BFN results...

10 DPO I got a faint line.
11 DPO stronger line and blood test. only 39 HCG
12 DPO STRONG LINE
16dpo strong line and HCG 570

Happiness, feel very blessed and lucky.

I felt the following symptoms straight from 0DPO right through til now
bloating
flatulence
sore nipples
darkened nipples
fatigue
nausea
dizzy spells
increased smell
metallic taste in mouth
"felt pregnant"
emotional.
low cramps.
