Is it possible to become extremely thirsty 4 DPO? Am I over thinking this?

I've been drinking a ton of water the past 2 days (3 today) and NOTHING is quenching my thirst. This is the first time my husband and I are trying to conceive our first (I do have an 8 year old from a previous relationship) and I honestly don't remember being super thirsty like this with my first pregnancy. I'm 4 DPO, nipples are sort of sensitive, breasts aren't too tender. Any help would be appreciated!
