13dpo with bad feeling AF cramps... Am I out?

I usually get AF on CD 32. I'm 13dpo and have cramps just like I get before AF. The same feeling as every month before AF that I've not been pregnant. I checked my cervix today, its high, kind of soft, cant tell if open or closed and there's light pink/red watery blood on my finger after. I guess its a little too late for that just to be implantation? It feels like AF :/ Just wanted other stories and opinions.. Thanks ladies.
