@wifey - you should record your first temp - that's closest to your basal temp. As you are awake and taking your temp your body temp will start to rise. Now, if you took your temp 30 minutes earlier than usual, that it wouldn't be accurate.

I need to start temping. i didn't do it this morning. Maybe tomorrow morning. it's a pain! ha!

I jus got my progesterone levels results: 23.81 I dont know is good or bad. what do you think??

My progesterone is 17. Thyroid and all all normal.
I would risk to say I have ovulated.
My doctor will call me on Thursday.

Debby: from the little I know is that doctors like to see above 10 in non medicated cycles 15 in medicated but this is all I know.

Medicated like with femara? The test wss in my lutheal phase the previous cycle was 0.57 so I think this numbers are better. I'm waiting for my doctor to call me. I'm anxious!

Thanks @Jennavee and @while, I didn't realize temps were *so* sensitive. I roll around a lot during my waking hours, so I guess I'm destined to have erratic bbts. Only other worrisome thing is that my temps are still so low . . . you'd think the tossing and turning would make them higher. Oh well, dr. appt on Thursday!

I hope I'm getting this right, from what I understand anything above 10 after ovulation is good and is evidence to show you did in fact ovulate.

I am not in medication. Yet. But sio far i am pleasedthe with themy numbers.

Im anxiously waiting for my other blood test on cd3 to check on my egg quality fsh levels due to my age.
Then we will have a better idea of what is going on.

But think everything will be within normal range n someday i will get my rainbow baby
