While, for both of us IUI went good! Dont forget to intercourse again these days! This will be a long tww! I am very positive for both of us!!!!

Kethryes- I will be 7 weeks when I have the U/S. I'm getting more nervous as it gets closer. I'm just praying for good news

I hope you guys don't mind I'm still hanging out with you all. I'm so in limbo and don't want to move to CMP until I know a little more. Besides, I like you all and keep checking in mostly to see how you all are doing and cheering you on!

So @kethreyes it's okay to have intercourse same day As IUI? I wasn't sure with the whole cervix thing?

Also do they your DH to abstain at all before giving his sample?

whileamwaiting, i meant after the IUI, I was suggested to intercourse for the same day and the following to increase the chances.
As far as the intercourses before the IUI, we were suggested to have it 3 days before IUI, for refreshing the semen, but not to consume it.

While - when we were doing IUIs they told us that the sperm should be between 2-5 days (the best is somewhere in the middle so 3 sounds great)
Also we were told that if we want we can have intercourse after IUI to increase number of sperm

While - I was told we have to abstain for 2 days prior to our IUI. I've read that it can increase to odds to havesex shortly after as well. I hope you caught the egg this month. I'm glad the other doctor was able to ease your worries.

kethryes - I hope you caught the egg and that the consitpation ends soon.

TTC - I'm happy you're still here otherwie I would be going crazy wondering about your next results. I really hope that everything is all good.

Basia - How are you feeling today? 11 eggs is amazing!! I'm hoping we all end up with babies for the Christmas holidays.

GemmaR - Congratulations! thats so exciting!

I'm waiting until this evening to take my first dose. I've already go an alarm set and everything. I really hope this works and that I won't have to explain to my entire family why DH and I have to go to the hospital super early in the morning the day after they've arrived. I truely hope we all end up with something extra to celebrate this Christmas

@TTC- Please don't apologize for that! I love having people stick around after a BFP, it gives me something to look forward to. I am a part of another group where i am the only IVFer and we all have way different situations and journeys. We all became close. Most of them have been pregnant and have their babies. There are a handful of us that don't. We are all now connected on FB and keep up with each other daily!

@basia-Anything new on your end? Will I start my crinone gel after my retrieval? I should ask my doctor, i just keep forgetting!

@While-As many of the ladies indicated, we were told to not have sex for about three days before IUI. We were told to have sex the night of our IUI (after of course) and the next morning. Unfortunately, we had severe male factor infertility, so our IUI's were never successful.

@Margie_M- we are going to have a lot of December babies!! love it!!

AFM-I have my last scan this morning and will be triggering tonight!! I cannot believe we are here! They hope to get about 12-13 eggs from me. I still have some small ones lingering that he hopes we get lucky with. He will take them all. I am just praying that my trigger gives the last little push that all my follicles need to fully mature!! My retrieval will be on Thursday! I will get the call to tell me what time to trigger tonight. I have acupuncture today as well. If we do a three day transfer, it will be this Sunday, or a five day, which will be one week from today! Crazy!
