I am 4 weeks pregnant and I can't stop cleaning and feel like i can't relax. I do eventually crash, but is this normal?

7 dpo, woke up at 4:30 and extremely awake, made pancakes and watched the sunrise! SO NOT LIKE ME!! :) for either!! :D
