4dpo I know it's early ... pulling and pinching on left side and below belly button. Also lower ribs and lower back ribs feel tense and achy

8 DPO, weird lower ab. feelings, twinges, and other feeling in Uterus. Indigestion and throw up feelings not bad though. I dont know

I am 10 dpo. I am not sure if its all in my head but I feel tingling in my lower abdomen. On 6dpo I spotted and felt cramping.
