Bettyboop,, oh no! I'm sorry the showed up! That really sucks! I was just cleaning my kitchen counter and realized that in addition to taking B6 (300 mg) a day, I was also taking L-Arginine (3 gm) a day the month I got my BFP. I was also drinking organic fertility tea (X2) a day. I hope this next cycle is your cycle!

I'm rooting for you ladies!

Thx prayingforalil1 <3
I just bought more b6 today when I went for my walk; I got the 100mg pills so will increase it.
What is L-arginine? And where did you get the fertility tea?
I did ask about fertility vitamins, but I live in a very small town & they didn't have anything. I would be very interested & as I just started AF, I could put in an order.
Thx for your help in advance :-)

Bettyboop, L-arginine is an amino acid. "L-Arginine, an essential amino acid that supports healthy circulation and often called the miracle molecule by researchers, L-Arginine has shown to offer some supportive fertility benefits to both men and women*. More than 10,000 medical citations have been written by researchers investigating the effects of L-Arginine on human fertility.
L-Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, an important molecule that promotes vasodilation (relaxation of the blood vessels), which is important for healthy blood flow*
L-Arginine supports reproductive health by:
Encouraging blood flow to the uterus, ovaries and genitals*
Supports healthy blood dilation*
Promotes cervical mucous production*
Beneficial for healthy libido*
Supporting male and female sexual health*
Encourages healthy testosterone levels in men*
Supports normal sperm production*

It truly became my bible from November until I got m BFP.

I purchased my l-arginine through amazon.

I got the tea here in NYC from my Mayan abdominal therapist. It's called Moontime fertility tea but I googled it and you can find it here: http://fertilefoods.com/shop/organic-fertility-tea

Good luck! I'm truly rooting for you and your hubby!

Happy St. Patrick's Day ladies. Here's a little prayer from our home to yours:

"May God give you:
For every storm a rainbow, for every tear a smile,
For every care a promise, and a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends, a faithful friend to share,
For every sigh a sweet song, and an answer for each prayer"

Wishing you all a very fertile month. Hugs!

Happy St. Patricks Day everyone.

We went to our local parade. The kids loved it. It rained. What's new for Ireland.
Anyway, due today no sign as of yet. Still the usual symptom of last few days. The darn backache. Hope everyone has a lovely day. Try a Guinness of two. Maybe St Patrick can work some magic.
. Bye for now.

Hey ladies.

I forgot today was St. Patrick Day. Hope you guys had a great one!

Bettyboopta: I pray it is. I'm praying for us.

Praying4Alil1: Thanks for the prayer. I'm going to copy and paste it. So I can read it through out the day.

Afm: I'm goin to keep taking the maca and i am going to switch from mucinex to robutussin (sp) that's all I'm going to do this cycle. And of course continue to thank God for my llil man. ( I think my next baby will be a boy) smile
