Ive been getting really weird cravings like pickles wrapped w provolone cheese i know it sounds gross but its good at the moment and onion bagels w cream cheese w slices of bananas on top ,now this isnt what i would normally eat!!!

My first appointment is January 3rd only six day now!!!!. but no crazy cravings yet but I always been on the hot spicy side so maybe it kicked up a level... lol

Hey ladies another weird combo i found myself eating tonight was.mac n cheese w cabassa w crums of dorittos on top!!!ewww lol

Hi ladies, how are all you doing?....everyone feeling ok?....

AFM.....I'm feeling better thanks to the amaxacillin....lol...I have cravings for salads...lol..out of all the things....I find myself going to pee in the middle of the night. Other than that I don't feel pregnant and that sometimes worries me...are any of you ladies not really hungry but when you eat something your full after 2 bites?its driving me crazy...

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't written for ages, I am now 8 weeks. Have had 2 weeks of nausea now, which comes and goes in waves. This evening we had chicken for dinner and as I was eating the chicken I suddenly had to run to the bathroom and vomit! And now the smell of chicken is making me wretch. Weird. I also have massive sore boobs.
My first midwife appointment is 9 January, very excited. We tried to keep it secret over Christmas but have ended telling a few family members as it was obvious I wasn't drinking.

Katie- how many weeks are you? I didn't start getting nausea until 6 weeks? Do you have sore boobs?

I'll be 8 weeks on Tuesday...so I'm 7.5 weeks right now...I have sure boobs and they got bigger/fuller...but other then that nothing really....it's getting harder to keep my stomach in...lol

I want some opinions please ladies!

I have been offered the prenatal screening for abnormalities.
I decided that I would rather be prepared if there was anything wrong, and have specialists at the birth rather then being unprepared.

My insurance covers it, and its my decision, the ultrasounds I have had don't show anything, but the bean is also to small.

What are your thoughts on this?
They only draw blood from me and give me an ultra sound.

Please be civil with your answers,I know this sometimes can be a touchy subjects as people are given the option of termination, which IS NOT the route I will go if there is anything to be found.

Ive had that once the blood work just to make sure everything was ok and thank god i did!!! Come to find out my baby girl had turners and 98percent never make it past 29 weeks!they offered to end my pregnancy but i would never go down route i always had hope but that sad day came the worst day of my life my baby girl passed and had to deliver her,so i would take the test to god forbid be prepared!

Oh jnikki, thank you for sharing that story,I have tears in my eyes and my heart is broken for what you had to go through!

It makes it easier to go with it knowing that it can prepare one for something then rather being in the dark.
