When testing out triggers do your tests vary in darkness month to month?

Last month I tested out my trigger and it hung around for 12/13 days. This month same trigger and my 9 DPO 11 DPT second urine after coffee and a bottle of water is as dark as last months 7 dpo 9 DPT. Not saying that 'this is it', but I am curious at such a difference in the darkness between the two days. Same batch of Wondfos. This month I am eating much healthier and drinking much more fluids if that even makes a difference. I did IUI and used 10,000 iu trigger shot.
