Feeling super confused now.
I've been ovulating between CD 17 and CD 20 for the past year or so (since we started charting/TTC. Got 3 flashing smileys the last 3 days (which is normal for me this early on). BUT got a temp rise above coverline today... and I'm only CD14.
Tested with another advanced OPK- Flashing Smiley again!
We BD'd this morning just in case...
I just don't know if my temperature was higher cause our bedroom felt warmer this morning, if I ovulated earlier because of all this extra folate I'm taking (can that happen?), if my coverline has changed since the MC, or if (and I'm praying it's not) it might be an anovulatory cycle.
Guess I have to just keep temping and testing to find out.....
FeliChica- I would count from the first, but kinda keep in the back of your mind that you might have ovulated a couple days later. I only say this because I know for me, I (usually) tend to get an lh surge and don't ovulate, and then a couple days later another surge and do ovulate. I guess I'm just saying everyone's different and unfortunately a lot of TTC is learning how your own body works. Not a solid answer, I know. But even after tracking my own cycles this long, I'll get months where I wonder what the crap my body's doing. Sounds like you're close to testing though!
Trying for another- Hope you caught a healthy one!!

Hi ladies! I'm at 3DPO... was trying to "not think" about anything as its way too early as last month i had MAJOR symptoms (nausea, throwing up, cramping, lower back pain, sensitive to smells etc.) and resulted in AF end of September which had me really upset.
Just felt a wave of bad nausea now so trying not to read into it too much! Baby dust to you all hope we get BFP's this month!

Thanks for the advice AlittleFaith. So if I count by the first day I had the positive that would put me at 7dpo-ish today. AF should be showing up on the 18th based on the Ovia app. that would be CD 31. I don't know. I'm feeling kind of like it's not going to happen this time. I know this is just technically me 4th cycle but I'm starting to get a little disappointed/nervous. To be honest I didn't think it was going to take this long. lol I know silly me.
But anyways, how is everybody else doing?
ALittleFaith: I am in North Carolina. I live in Raleigh so it wasn't too bad here but some of the other counties around me are not doing great at all with all the flooding. I guess it just took everybody by surprise over there. We just ended up going to a hotel for the night on Saturday because our lights went out around noon and based off how much rain we were getting we were a little worried that if we didn't move at least one car out of our drive way that we were going to be stuck at the house until the water went away. It was starting to get a little deep in front of our house. Thankfully light was back on Sunday and the water was gone. It was such a sunny day it was like Saturday never happened!

Welcome ladies!
Fattydevine - I just came off of 4 months of 50 mg Clomid and I'm doing one cycle au naturale. OB put me on 100mg clomid for the next three cycles after this one. 50mg didn't work - hopefully the 100mg will. I had NO symptoms with the 50mg, so we'll see if 100mg is worse.
cdnzo - have you started temping already? I normally start to temp on CD3 or so, but this month I didn't start till later. It's not as good because you don't have that baseline of pre-ovulation temps to compare. You can read how to do it easy, but I'll share the two things I've found helpful. 1) Get a good thermometer with a memory to it. It'll help so you can temp, t hen dose back off on the mornings you can sleep in. 2) Take your temp twice everytime and always use the SECOND temp. The first temp is usually off - I sleep with my mouth open, and my room is cool, so my first temp the thermometer itself is cool and the temps are low. The second one, my mouth has spent 2 minutes closed, the thermometer is warmed up, and it's a more accurate temperature of what my body actually is. You can prove that because if you take it a 3rd time, it'll be the same as the 2nd so it shows that it reflects your true body temp.
You have to get used to it and not take a drink of water, or pee, or get up at all before you've temped. Sometimes that's hard - if I wake up with a full bladder, waiting 4 minutes feels like 4 hrs lol. Good luck! It really is helpful to see what's going on with your body though.
I'm 3dpo now and trying to keep my mind off the TWW. My temps are crazy this month and I think it's the temperature of my room that's jacking them all up with the heat going on for the first time. High/low/High/low - it's zigzagged. Have no clue if I even ovulated, although I think I did.
Fingers crossed for s this cycle!!

Good morning everyone! I hope everybody had a great weekend :)
I am currently 9-11 dpo (lol) and I really haven't had any symptoms of anything. This morning as taking a shower I noticed my bbs are a little sore but just barely. I caved and yesterday took an hpt because I was feeling hopeful for some reason and bfn :(. Sometimes I have feeling of little bubbles but that might be normal body functions lol.
Af is supposed to be due tomorrow. I have been feeling very light af like cramps coming in since this morning so I'm probably out :(
CDNZO: I haven't started temping yet either. I might start this next cycle. I'm just lazy about it haha.
Hope everybody is having a great Monday!

Hi everyone,
I've been MIA for the past couple days trying to get through this TWW! I'm 13dpo, AF due Wednesday. I've been temping and usually my temps are dropping at this point, but I was still up high this morning. Caved and took a test (clearblue digital) and it was a BFN. I have no symptoms at all, AF or pregnancy other than a headache the past two days. Keeping my fingers crossed, but hopes low.
For those of you who want to start temping, here's a great resource!

They send you a new "class" each day so it's kinda fun. There's also a "learn to chart in 10 minutes video that I found helpful - https://www.fertilityfriend.com/videos.html.
