Welcome Gemmalou. Good to see you again. We got pregnant the same time two years ago...neither worked out well. I'm sorry. Glad you are still trying. So am I. I just finished 4 rounds of clomid at 50mg. Taking a break and then going to an RE to try something else. Taking vitex this month. We can't afford IVF either.

I'm CD4 - just finishing AF now. It was a light one this month...

I started on 50mg but after 3 moths of nothing I asked the Dr to bump me up to 100mg - maybe they will do the same for you? though I have heard good things about Vitex so hopefully you wont need to see the RE

I am not being monitored on clomid so I am switching the days this month and trying Soy also.

just as a matter of interest have you had any side effects with the clomid - I don't have any even on 100mg???

No side effects that I noticed, except that it made my ovulation a couple days later, and my cycle was 31 days instead of my customary 28...which would freak me out every month thinking I was late. I was a little crankier, I think, but nothing noticeable.

I have my next appt. soon and I'll ask if they'll bump me up for a few months. See if that helps. I was temping too, so I know I was probably ovulating. Pretty clear temp shifts. I'm afraid it's something else...

What do you think it might be??? I'm sure it's nothing.

I ovulated on my own anyway with clomid but it is my last option at this point. Going to take it till Xmas and then it will be back to natural methods and a miracle lol

Well ladies, from May to June to July here I am on CD 1 once again.

Calvin please don't feel bad. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do but it shows character for what type of mother you'll be, you'll do whatever it takes for your LO. And hopefully your trip will distract you and let some magic happen.

Scrappy last cycle I started clomid and also took supplements and I think for me my temps were more steady than without them.

Gemmalou thanks for joining in. I was clomid 100 last month for the first time and I definitely had the hot flashes and the last day I swear I was having contractions it was so uncomfortable.

So Goodluck to us all, I'm really confident this cycle. I think I've been inseminating too late at cd 14-16 when I O on cd 15 consistently. I'll try earlier at cd 11-13 maybe even 14 too.

Hi ladies! I hope all is well! I'm CD 8 or 9 and will start my ovulation testing tomorrow. My husband is going away for a few days so I'm thinking it might not happen this month but We shall see. I'm going to try Maca powder this month. I read that it can help as well as Raspberry tea. I figure either can't hurt. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of us:)

Hi all. CD7 here and waiting. Not temping, not stressing. How's everyone?

I'm at CD 8, temping, but trying not to stress and just waiting as well. I don't usually ovulate until CD 18 or 19, so I've got some time still. I'll probably start using OPKs sometime early next week.

Sometimes I think the TWW to ovulate feels just as long as the TWW for testing. (or maybe it's just me because I ovulate a little late)...

I recently read that more babies are born during Summer months than any other season, (Most babies being born in August, followed by September and then July), so I like to think that puts some of the odds in our favor!!

CD 12 got my first positive opk around 6:00 on it was negative this morning. Hubby wants to wait until tomorrow to bd. what?? We did vs on CD 10 though. He has ed so it's hard to time bd. Monday he goes to doctor for his test resultst on his sperm analysis.
