8 dpo noticing a few changes today

Noticing a few new symptoms today and wondering if they are pregnancy related. Im 8 dpo and i cant seem to quit burping i dont even have to eat or drink anything and will have to burp!!
Also when i get hungry it now goes from 0-100 and all the sudden i am starving, if i dont eat asap i feel like i could pass out.
