Here's a daft one!

I had my last contraceptive injection in September. Periods returned jan and became regular straight away.
Because my periods returned does that mean I'm definately ovulating? Sorry to sound dim!

The only way to find out for sure is to use OPK's, BBT and checking CM.

Given the length of time since your last shot, I'd suspect you are ovulating by now though.
