When the EFF did I ovulate?

I posted this on Fertility Friend but nobody responded...

I can't decide if I am 3, 4 or 6 DPO! I gave myself a hcg trigger shot on cd 11 and I am unsure if the little rise in temp was ovulation or just from all the meds. This is my first iui cycle and I am so confused as to what all these meds will do to my temp chart. I did take the clomid previously and did see a slow rise in temps when I ovulated with that but this cycle my temp jumped 6 days after I triggered. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
