Evening Primrose Oil?

I am curious to add this to my plethora of pills I take in one day. Is it really helpful to take it? How much to I take a day? I feel like I am grasping at straws here but if I don't get a BFP soon I am going to go mad!

Me: Alicia (29) ~ DH: Patrick (29) TTC #1 Since August 2009 with PCOS 1st & 2nd (March & May 2012) IUI Cycles w/ Clomid = BFN's 6/24/12 - 3rd IUI cycle w/ Gonal-F and Lupron. IUI on 7/9. TWINS! Born 2/11/13 Back on the NTNP train as of September 2013 hoping for a boy someday!

Hey - I am currently giving evening primrose oil a go. I take 1500 mg twice a day. I am on my 2nd cycle trying this, hoping this time around is a BFP. I have noticed a more obvious amount of ECM, which is what it's supposed to do... More info at http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/epo.html. You do have be careful not to take it after you have ovulated, b/c it can also cause uterine contractions. Best of luck to you!
