No follicle after 100mg of clomid?
I took 100 mg of clomid on CD 3-7. On CD 11 I went for a follicular u/s so check for healthy follicles just like last cycle but this time there were NONE! The only difference between the two cycles is that they added estrogen this cycle to thicken my lining. Could the estrogen have negated the clomid? I am so confused, angry, upset, etc! I can't believe there isn't ANYTHING there! Not even the beginnings of anything!
So my question is, has anyone ever had this issue?

Hi!!
I am in the exact same situation. I took Clomid and it did not work for me. My doc decided to give me Femara and it did not work better... so I am waiting to see her to decide what is going to happen.
I have PCOS and I am also taking metformin. It is my first cycle doing IUI but we are still trying to trigger ovulation, and nothing is happening.
How frustrating!!!
