May 2017 Babies

Hey Everyone! Last month was my first month TTC, after one month of NTNP, both of which ended with AF. So now, on TTC Cycle 2, I have an EDD of May 2, 2017, so I thought I'd start a May 2017 forum.

My FW is next weekend, which will be a bit strange because I will be visiting my parents for my birthday. I'm sure DH and I will make it work though.

Who else is hoping April Showers bring May....babies?

Yay Armywife!!!! Isn't it crazy when you see that second line?

When is your estimated due date? I haven't gone for a blood test yet but I guess I should do that too.

Let's hope this thread is a lucky thread!!!

I'm definitely hoping that over thinker!

Whatwillbe - When is your cruise? They only require all that if you're in your last trimester just in case there are issues or chances of delivery etc. So unless its 6+ months from now, you don't have anything to worry about.

I'm at 6dpo but no chance of symptoms since implantation doesn't occur until closer to 7-9 dpo, anything I would be experiencing would just be ovulation pains leftover.

My estimated due date is April 27th! My 16 month olds birthday is March 27th, 14 year old March 30, 7 year old April 6th!! Do this is definitely my fertile time of the year!!!!!

It is crazy when the second line appears but so amazing!! I tested at 12dpo negative, 14dpo positive, 15dpo positive I am 16dpo now. I never test positive until after 16dpo so I was so surprised!!! I just had a feeling.

for everyone!!!!!!

If I missed anyone thanks!!! I am so excited!!

Armywife- Thats so great to hear, i hope everything turns out well for you!

Whatwillbe- A cruise sounds really exciting, and a great way to keep your mind of the tww!

Me and DH are going to his family reunion, it'll be a small 4 day vacation for us and a good way to keep our minds of the tww. So i hope won't be stressing to much this cycle,or trying to test to early lol

Congratulations overthinker and armywife!! Reading the positive outcomes gives me hope that it will happen to me, hopefully soon! Every night before I go to sleep, I imagine how I'll feel if I ever get to see those two pink lines!

But I have to admit that this whole ttc business makes me see everything in a different light! Driving to work today, I'm watching all the pedestrians thinking that they are all the result of a fertilized egg - it can't be that hard can it?
Lol! My sister tells me just to let it happen naturally and not to use opks or to keep track of my cycle. This makes me wonder how other women just take this all in their stride - I feel that I am obsessed with knowing everything about creating life, including my fertile days, my dpos and checking for CM everytime I go to the bathroom. Am I weird, obsessed or normal?

BabyBump --- I read the cruise line's policy, just in case, and it is similar among the cruise industry. Most cruise lines don't let women in the third trimester (6 months +) sail at all simply because if there are complications while the mother is on board, there isn't always adequate prenatal care available. Even more so in the Caribbean ports, prenatal care may not be as up to par as it is in the United States. If you cruise anywhere between 1st and 2nd trimester then a doctor just has to sign off saying that you're fit to sail, not high risk, baby is healthy, etc.

Stll having random symptoms -- slight weight gain, cramps, backache. 8DPO today. Keeping my fingers crossed, but I wouldn't mind sipping my favorite cruise drink next month :)

Thanks Armywife! So my original due date based on first day of my last period was May 2nd. But after ovulating early, it now says April 29th! Regardless I am so excited but also so nervous.

I tend to be a worst case scenario kind of girl so I'm trying not to stress and just enjoy this. I'm only 4 weeks today. I had my blood test yesterday and have two Clear Blue digital weeks estimators left which i plan to take this week and next week to hopefully see the progression.

My first appointment is set for Septemeber 9th. So hopefully I'll have more good news after that. Now just waiting three weeks is the issue lol.

Overthinker, I love April babies. I have one already she is 7. The other two were born the end of March on the 27 and 30th lol. I am waiting to here when my first appointment is but is should be this week or next since I have to go to the fertility specialists again. They called today and I had concerns about taking the progesterone while nursing my 17 month old so I am just waiting for a call back. I am pretty sure I will have this baby early if God willing I make it far enough because I had my last one 2 weeks early otherwise she too would have been an April baby.

My only concern is my daughter won't drink milk so I haven't stopped nursing but of course I will stop if I have to so I don't miscarry I just need to talk to the pediatrician to see what to do about emmalyn not drinking milk..

Oh they just called while I was typing this!! My first appointment is September 1st!! My birthday!! Yay!!!!
